ALL PARTY PACKAGES INCLUDE:
-Private play and party time. Our space is closed for only your group to enjoy.
-Play admission & project materials for up to 12 children, ages 8 and under.
-The children will have plenty of time for collaborative art making, creative free play at our many sensory tables and open ended toys, and then have time to share special treats! We will provide a clean and sanitary party space. Following the party, leave the clean up to our team!
OPTION ONE: Sensory Play Party…Ideal for Kiddos Ages 1-6 years! One hour & 30 minutes.
$250 for Up to 12 children
Your little ones will LOVE exploring a variety of sensory play stations and will work together on creating a project for the birthday child AND will make a special project to take home! Sensory play stations may include birthday playdoh, water play, our rainbow rice table, happy birthday sensory bin). Children can also enjoy our open ended toys in the play space connected to the art studio. Typically one hour of the party is devoted to child directed free play and about a half hour is devoted to “party time.” One P2L staff member will be available to assist children, keep the stations tidy, and oversee for safety.
-We will have a Happy Birthday Banner hanging, but you’re welcome to bring additional decorations.
-Table coverings will be provided.
*Please note: We can customize our artful play plans, based on your child’s interests, for an additional fee of $50. (dinosaurs, ocean/beach, wild animals, pets, construction, cars/trucks, fairies and unicorns etc.)
OPTION TWO: ART STUDIO EXPERIENCE for Kiddos Ages ~5+ One hour & 30 minutes
Base Price $325 for Up to 12 artists
The young artists will use a variety of art mediums to create a special project to take home! The birthday child can choose from our list below of popular ideas. The project will involve some guided instruction to start and then the children will be able to work independently. There will be a few birthday themed stations set up around the studio in case children finish their projects before “party time.” Typically the first hour is for creation and the last half hour is for “party time.” One P2L staff member will be available to assist.

Terms & Conditions
1. Reservations: To hold the party date, we require a $100 non-refundable deposit. The final balance is due 48 hours before the party. Cash and gift cards cannot be used to pay for private parties.
2. Food & Beverage: Outside food and beverages are permitted, but alcohol is not permitted. There are several pizza shops within a mile for easy pick up or delivery. Subway is also within a mile. Please be sure to bring paper products. If you need food kept cold during the first hour of the party, please bring in coolers. If you would prefer that P2L provide the food (pizza, applesauce pouches, paper products & dessert) an additional fee will be discussed during party planning.
3. Damage: Any excessive damage done to the space/property shall be billed to renter for either replacement or repair.
4. Cancellations: In the event that Renter cannot keep the reservation, they will be permitted one reschedule date within 12 months of the original reservation. If the rescheduled date is also canceled, the security deposit will turn into a P2L gift card toward other classes/events.
